protect our network and manage telephone calls, text messages, and other network usage. For example, we monitor peak usage periods to ensure that our network has sufficient capacity to handle increased traffic;

City Telecom's affiliated companies;

partners and agents involved in providing the products and services that you have ordered, used, or intend to order or use;

companies that provide services on behalf of City Telecom or its affiliated companies;

debt collection agencies;

law enforcement authorities, regulatory authorities, courts, or other public authorities where required or permitted by applicable law; and

emergency services, where you make a telephone call to an emergency service.
